It’s time for Open Enrollment, when you elect the benefits you and your family want for 2018.

 

This benefits site provides Philips employees and their family members with information and resources to help you understand and evaluate your 2018 benefit options. Review the entire site or just those items that are important to you. Then be sure to enroll by 11:59 p.m. Eastern time on November 8, 2017 on Benefits Central.

What if I do nothing?

Non-Union employees – You will have the same benefit elections in 2018 that you currently have for medical, dental and vision.  If you are currently enrolled in an ABHP plan and continue in 2018, your 2017 Health Savings Account (HSA) contribution election will roll over to 2018, up to IRS limits. 

 

Union employees – You will have the same benefit elections in 2018 that you currently have for medical, dental and vision. 

 

If you are eligible to participate in the Healthcare and/or Day Care Flexible Spending Account, you must designate an annual 2018 contribution amount.  If you don’t make an FSA election during open enrollment, you will not be enrolled in an FSA for 2018.

 

Whether you choose to make an election or not, we encourage you to review and print a copy of your 2018 Enrollment Summary for your records.
