Developing people strategies for a specific Philips business, driving transformation and change and playing a key role in building organizational capabilities, optimizing talent potential, and driving a culture of learning and development.

 

HR Center of Expertise Expert

Defining strategy in key areas of human resource management (Leadership, Talent Management / Learning, Talent Acquisition, or Benefits & Rewards); designing policies, processes and strategies to meet regional business objectives; and providing relevant advice to Philips businesses in your subject matter area of expertise.

 

HR Manager

Implementing people strategies in specific business units or markets, providing operational HR support to Philips’ business managers and their teams as needed to meet specific process or strategic goals efficiently.Philips People Services: focusing on the design and delivery of high-quality, timely and cost-effective people services to Philips’ employees and managers, acting as a point-of-contact for transactional HR queries to deliver an easy-to-use service for internal groups and individuals. Philips primary PPS center is located in our Andover, MA location.
