    Program information on top of Philips TV screen does not appear when switching channels

    If there is no program information provided, there will be no information available on screen.
    Not all channels transmit the name of the television channel, the program name or an other message in their broadcast. Try an other channel to see if they do display this kind of information.

    SOUND and PICTURE information is lost.
    Make sure remote control is in TV mode by holding 'TV/HD' button down until button light turns green.

    1. Press the 'MENU' button on the remote control.
    2. Press the cursor down to select SETTINGS.
    3. Press the cursor right to select GENERAL.
    4. Select OSD with the cursor down.
    5. Select NORMAL with the cursor right.
    6. Press the 'MENU' button on the remote control to exit the menu.

    Channel is not tuned well, this might cause program information provided to not come through.
    To re-install all channels:

    Make sure remote control is in TV mode by holding 'TV/HD' button down until button light turns green.

    1. Press the 'MENU' button on the remote control.
    2. Press cursor down to select INSTALL.
    3. Press cursor right to select AUTO PROGRAM.
    4. Press cursor down to select INSTALL MODE.
    5. Press cursor right to select AUTOMATIC.
    6. Press cursor left.
    7. Press cursor down to select INSTALL.
    8. Press cursor right.
    9. Autoprogramming will begin (START changes to SEARCHING).
