    My Philips GoGear player has no power and is locked

    1. Your battery may have gone flat. Charge the player by connecting it to your PC.
    2. You may have failed to pull down the power button long enough. Pull down the power button until the Philips splash screen appears on display.
    3. Do a soft reset by inserting a pen or another small object into the reset hole.
