I have known the Philips products for a long time and felt safe buying this 4K TV, but the truth is that it's not as clear as a very good 1080 P television, the TV was priced well, but only half as good as a other Television at the same price, I am hoping they will come up with a software or hardware update that will help the picture quality. If any one at Philips has any suggestions would love to hear from you, so you may restore my faith in the product !!

This t.v. has amazing picture and is crisp and clear. But if you like to play video games, i would not recommend this tv. It has a late response and gets very frustrating. Doesnt matter if you put the picture on "game" it still lags. Otherwise this tv is great for movies, videos, etc.

This tv is good but hard to setup. When it is setup mine is bad to get my dvd blu ray going it want use HMD2 you have to have the jacks for the unit. That was ok the pic finial come on but the sound never worked. And the Blu Ray is a Philips Blu Ray and it not that old of one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Bavarian Great TV at awesome Price
This is a great TV. I watched complete EURO 2016 on this TV. It was the best Experience. I did not have any issue with pixels. Its pretty clean and sharp.
Sound Quality is great. It was pretty easy to connect Blue Ray and Cable box.
Sleek design is simply Awesome. Looks fabulous in my home setting. A class of its own. Last but not the least Philips Customer service is great.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Unhappiest1 The worst TV I've ever owned hands down
This TV is by far the worst TV I've ever owned since color TVs were invented. I can't watch it for more than a few minutes before turning it off. It offends my eyeballs.
The color palette is so far from accurate that no amount of fiddling with the menus can fix it. The screen looks awful and is pixelated with gigantic digital artifacts up to 1" big. Black are splotchy and never black. There is serious light-bleed from the edges.
It doesn't even look close to the 3 year old HDTV I bought it to replace. Total waste. Look elsewhere.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Lopshnigan My first 4K TV
It's overall good TV, I love the size and how thin this TV is. The picture quality is incredible. I love how you're able to adjust everything to your preference. The colors are so bright and vivid I love it, 4K content on such a big screen looks amazing. But, Just like any electronic it has its issues, I noticed backlight bleeding, only on the black screen. The speakers on the TV itself are not the best, but I've heard worse. I have a Philips soundbar that does a great job though. I noticed when I first start up the TV it does this image jumping thing, where the picture just moves around on its own, it goes away after a few seconds. The biggest draw back for me is the lack of apps, there isn't even Hulu which is really lame.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Breakdancefight Beautiful styling and lackluster perfomance
Let's begin with the positive the design of the display is slick. The brushed metal and almost bezel free design are fantastic. This display is one of the thinnest I have seen in recent years (outside of OLED). The audio quality for display this thin was impressive as well very clear with enough low end to add some punch.
Where the Philips fails is the picture quality and motion performance. If you are gamer steer clear of this display. While I don't own a lag measuring tool it input lag is enough that I instantly feel it with every movement. FPS games require exact movement and precision aiming to succeed. The input lag was such that with every minor adjustment of the camera movement would suddenly feel erratic. The Philips employs a 60hz IPS panel which offers great viewing angles, but substantial blur and poor contrast ratio. The result is an image that feels flat and lifeless. Images while upscaler to 4K seems hazy and slightly blurry compared to other 4K displays I have seen.
I had high hopes for this display, but the issues are far to many.
