I had one Philips Sonicare AirFloss Pro for almost a year and then it suddenly stopped working. Before that it was great, and I really felt using it was beneficial.
I bought a second one and it broke after less than a month.

I purchased this and loved how it worked. It was warranted for 24 months. It stopped working in 5 weeks. I was very disappointed. I called and they would not just replace it. They made me wait 2 months to get my money back. Not very impressed.

While my Sonicare toothbrush seems to run forever without fail. I am on my fifth AirFloss device in five years. Its Achilles heel, is the reservoir lid which holds the water or rinse agent used in AirFlossing. The hinge detaches within the first few weeks of use...and must then be replaced manually after filling the reservoir. It's a basic design issue that still plagues the AirFloss years after its introduction. But, in its defense, no other product does its job as well as the AirFloss. The two products, Sonicare Toothbrush and Sonicare AirFloss should be purchased together. It's an unbeatable combo, despite the AirFloss' flaws.

The motor is weak very easy to stop working I have to call every 3 month to get a replacement I love Philip a lot customer service and the product is the best until this flossed here :( ( very disappointing)

I purchased 2 of these for my husband and myself in December 2014. Within
6 months they had both broken and were replaced under warranty. Now a year later they have both broken down again (won't charge, won't turn off). I registered both but can't find the verifying email. Replacement was quick and hassle free but now I have to go through this again. I don't know if the warranty is still current. I expected much more from the Sonicare name. Very disappointing. When working, works well.

I have been a dedicated Sonicare toothbrush user since it first appeared on the market and resulted in less cleaning by my dentist. I bought an Air Floss Pro a month ago because it was a portable alternative to a water jet for travel even though it does not do exactly the same job.
Within one week, it stopped delivering water with the air rendering it essentially ineffective. Prior to that I was very happy with the job it was doing. I will take it back for warranty replacement, but after reading the reviews I feel that there seems to be an inherent flaw in the design. I'm very disappointed that Phillips have put out such an unreliable product.

This is an excellent product, only if it would work. This is my fourth Airfloss in two months. Each one only last between one and two weeks. At the beginning it works fine, but then stops and would not pump. I am tired of exchanging this product, so I will not try it again, until it is replaced with a better working one. It does an excellent job of flossing, but stresses one out when it stops performing. With all the complaints, I am surprised that the problems are not yet resolved.

I have tried to stop the air floss from leaking all over the place. I put paper towels are the base, but it gets all over my clothes. I had the first one and it was wondering and it still works after 5 years. I would love to get one that works
