Please bring back the RQ10. I have soft facial hair and this was the only razor that halfway worked on my face. Since you discontinued, I have tried 3 different razors and none have come close to this razor. I actually still use the RQ10 that I have. The blade is more than 2 years old and still works better than the junk you have replaced it with.
BRING THEM BACK, PLEASE! I am leaving Phillips until you do.

I actually love my Arcitec razor and have used it for over five years.The only problem now are the replacement heads are way too expensive to be replacing every six to eight months when you are now on a fixed income. I could have bought a new razor with the money I have spent on blades that are discontinued in most stores & having to order online.

Just used for first time, in the shower and with the sample shaving cream that was included with my 1180X unit. Performed as expected and closeness is as expected for an electric shaver.
I will continue to use a blade razor regularly and this 1180X model occasionally when I am pressed for time and need to shave quickly.
re: COST OF REPLACEMENT HEADS - when you compare to cost of razor blades - over a period of a year or so - will be about the same total cost.

I have been able to go a whole moth with out a recharge which is great on a trip, plus the shaver is well protected.,

Arcitec...who designed this junk? Worst shave ever. I purchased the Arcitec due to sensitive skin issues. I still end up finishing the job with the hand-held razor in the shower. Sort of defeats the purpose doesn't it?!

I have used this product for several years and really like it. The only issue is price, Being retired and on limited income, it is very expensive for me to replace every year.
