My baby has used this pacifier since day one! Once he reached 3 months old, I bought the ones that say 3+ months. When his front teeth started coming in we noticed that one tooth came in properly and the other one broke through but will not come on down so it looks like he only has one front tooth and he is now 18 months old. The dentist said he is a hard sucker on that one side but I would have never thought a pacifier would keep a baby's tooth from coming in properly. It is like it's stuck. I've never heard of that before. We are hoping that as we wean him from the pacifier that his tooth will come on in. Not sure if it's the make of the pacifier or what.

I love these pacifiers. The fact that it is one solid piece gives me piece of mind. I don't have to worry about it falling apart. This is what they gave my son in the hospital. Pay attention when purchasing they have more than one kind. The 0-3 month is much softer and more pliable than the 3+ month one. The reason being that babies can start getting teeth at 3 months and need something stronger that they cannot bite through. But as long as they do not have teeth the 0-3 month are perfect. My son prefers the softer ones but I have some of the 3+ for when he starts getting teeth.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jakesmom Great product! Make sure you referencing the age specific guidelines
So the 0-3 mo are the softer, more flexible soothies, and the 3+ month are firmer/harder for older babies, a safety feature for babies with teeth that could potentially bite and swallow pieces. If your baby has no teeth, and at not risk for this, ok to use the softer one.
My son loves these...they are the only binkie's he will use! :)

No problems with these pacifiers. My son won't use any other. From reading other reviews though I'm not sure people realize that the green pacifiers come in 0-3 months and 3+ months too.

this was the pacifier my child came home from the hospital with and has refused to use any other type. ive never had any issues with it and like the fact that water and other things cant get inside like most other pacifiers, only problem is i cant find them anywhere in my area now, ive looked at every place i can possibly think of but nobody seems to have them in stock and some stores dont even have a place on the shelf for them

Rated 4 out of 5 by sbmom Don't like the super soothies! 3m+
Before Avent took over the soothies they use to advertise the super soothies, witch was for older babies I guess. I used the super soothies I had for my son for my daughter and she hates them. They are harder and she just can't keep them in her mouth. I just bought a pack of 3m+ for my daughter and it's the same thing! The pack says nothing about being a super soothie, but the soothie its self says it on it! I understand that the older babies should have a stronger bink, but I just wish the pack would have stated that is was harder, I thought that maybe the mouth part was just a little longer.
