I have always LOVED Avent nursing pads, until they changed them. They used to be the only brand I would use. They fit without rippling and without looking weird through a bra, they were comfortable, and absorbent. I recently had my fourth baby, and realized Avent has completely changed the style of the nursing pad. The packaging is annoying, and they are thin and so they ripple, especially if you are smaller breasted like myself. I do not like the new ones at all and desperately wish they still sold the older style. Disappointe in the changes they have made.

I've tried other nursing pads and got very frustrated everyday because they never stuck or stayed in place I would wake up to find my bra n bed soaked because the pad came out, after soaking in the breast milk they got lumpy and my milk even overflowed. But with Avent 60 day nursing pads I'm very comfortable, it stays in place and it feels very smooth even after being saturated with milk its almost like not having anything in your bra! I love it!!

They work good. Would be better if they had 2 adhisive's on them. They will get loose if your not carful.

As a mother with large breasts, these pads stayed in place, and could stand to hold tons of liquid! Very thick and soft. The only downside is the plastic it comes in.. Kind of a hassle to have to open while holding baby in one arm! but it seems all breast pads now a days come in plastic bags.

I used Avent disposable nursing pads with my first child 4 yrs ago. I absolutely LOVED the softness, comfort, & thickness of the pads & recommeded them to all the moms I knew. So I naturally was going to use this product again when I had my second child who is 11 weeks old. I was so disappointed in this "new and improved" product that I was trying to convince myself it was another brand I had used 4 yrs ago. Sadly, it was the same brand but now a worse product. The new pads are folded in the center, causing a crease that does not have any padding where it's most needed. The regular & night pads are both thin. I can't even stand to wear them if I'm having a tender/soreness day. I do not recommend this new brand at all. And unfortunately, the only brand that I have found as of now to compare to the wonderful product Avent had 4 yrs ago is from Curad, & it is not sold in any of the local stores where I live.
