Great Product, very reliable but keep in mind that in order to maintain your razor in top performance you need to replace the head every 12 months.

A great shaving system
The Norelco arcitec shaving system performs well, is comfortable and easy to use. The cleaning system is a great convenience - just plug it in and it does the rest. The battery charge lasts up to two weeks; great for traveling.

I have no use for this product
This item was was the wrong item which I must admit was my falt however returning it turned out disasterious what I needed was for an older model shaver with tree interchangeable heads which I found at a local cvs store for almost the price I paid for the shaver it self I guess it's time for change

the trimmer is very hard to use hard to see what you are doing
outside of the trimmer ibelive this is a great shaver

Easy installation ... sharp blades.
Shaving heads are so nice when they are sharp ... need to replace them more often as suggested in instruction manual. After reading reviews, made sure they popped in securely; no problems.

Thought it would make a big difference with a new head but it doesn't

Not as good as the older ones
I just reordered heads for my Shaver. They are not nearly as good as the old models that came with it several years ago. The collar that attaches the head to the shaver is now made of plastic; whereas the old model was made of metal. The difference is that the new version falls off the shaver quite regularly. Bad redesign.

It does a great job of giving a close shave.
I had to get two replacement heads before the second one worked.
The first kept falling out in my hand. The design could be improved to make the locking mechanism more effective.
