Design Flaw in this product
I bought this product to use the 'gentle wake' feature so I can use the alarm to wake to music. After purchase I discover that there is no control over the volume you set to wake to. The alarm goes off and the music rapidly increases to the maximum volume level.
If you happen to not be there, the music blares for a full hour. This is a poorly designed feature and I am so disappointed with the product.

Poor sound
I was looking forward to using this product but was very disappointed with the sound. Too muddled, too boomy. Not good. Too bad because otherwise this is a good product

Nice sound but Wake up is TOO LOUD!
Sounds good. Simple clean looking. BUT, two things are a big fail.
1. Blue LED clock display is great in the dark but un-readable in a room with lights on or daylight, even at highest setting. I like to check the time during the daytime also, not just in the dark of the morning.
2. The wake-up to radio/IPOD fails due to it increasing in volume until it is as loud as it can possibly go. So loud its going to blow the speakers. Hit the snooze (like everyone does) in the first couple of seconds. Then I get up forgetting snooze is activated, go into the shower and then it turns on. Mad rush from shower is dangerous.

Good Sound, and overall features are good. But, stopped charging phone
For the most part, this is a great docking station. But I really hate the fact that it only charges my iPhone when it sees fit. If the docking station charged all the time. It would be the perfect docking station for me. Because it fails here, I would not recommend this product.

muffled at low volume
I bought this unit to use while I'm working in my studio. It's a small space and I like to have music on low in the background. At low volumes the sound from this unit is very muffled. I'm disappointed in its performance for my purpose, but at higher volumes I think it does perform well.

Great Divice!!
Its easy to use and the sound is excellent !!! i use it mos t of the time to hear music it does work great with iphone and is easy to carry everywhere.

This system was a waste of money
This system does not set time easily. The only plus with this system is the sound.
* No 7,5, or 2 setting on alarms
* No DayLight Savings setting
NOTHING. This machine was the biggest waste of Money. A big disappointment.

Stopped playing music on the right side of dock.
Worked outstanding for the first 4 months then the right side of unit stopped working and did not play bass.
