Poorly engineered product in terms of ease of use...Also, the alarm does not work.

Does not work!
I bought this docking station at best buy and even though the sound quality is good, the remote or the buttons on the unit will not respond to my ipod touch (4th generation). Support did send a replacement but had the same problem.

Alarm Fails Sometimes
Great sound but alarm, set to radio, inconsistently fails despite being set correctly. Sometimes it works fine, sometimes it fails.
We were graciously sent a replacement but have the same problem with replacement system.

Alarm does not work
I just bought this for my daughter. The sound quality is good, however, the alarm will only work on the ring setting. It does not work on the i-Pod or radio setting. I am very disappointed and would not buy another one!
