Works better than expected..
I really like the ease of use with this product. I purchased one in 2010 and it finally stopped charging last year. I called customer service, and they shipped me a brand new one!!! It does a great job of maintaining the clean shaven look all over the body. It would be awesome if the battery lasted a little longer, but I am very happy with the purchase and use of this shaver.

Good improvements over previous model.
Overall redesign of product is better than previous units. Run time and battery life is much better. Recharge time is fast < than an hour.
Performance is better and incorporating both shaver & trimmer in the same unit is great improvement.
The charging unit is some what disappointing in fact the unit must be standing upright to hold and charge the groomer, increasing chance of knocking over the unit while charging. Also no protective cover for the shaver foil is very disappointing. The shaver foil is the most easily damaged part. Also no travel case to protect the groomer during travel. No foil protector & travel case is disappointing.

3 Unit broke within 1 year
This is my 3rd replacement of the unit and I`m taking great care of it. It just the battery is getting bad so quick and I`m not able to charge the unit

Great Product But Has Some Shortcomings
Awesome product but needs to be longer. It is very hard to reach some areas on your back.

Shaving end don't shave very close.
The end with the shaver/gromming blades does not work very well or shave very close. It takes a long time to get all the hair, you have to keep going over the same area to get it all.

Product really works
Had an earlier standard version and battery died. This works much better do not consider the cheaper versions.
