Great Value
I know Saeco has made this machine for years. I find it to be one of the best basic machines on the market. If you find it on sale buy it. Really solid machine for the money with enough power to make a very good espresso, etc...

For people who don't want to spend too much money on a machine
This is my first espresso machine. So, my comments won't be very objective.
I bought it from Starbucks and returned it once when the machine can't pump coffee through after a few months of usage (once daily.) Now, after a little more than six months, the same problems occurs. I don't think I should return it to Starbucks and get a replacement with no questions asked.
I am thinking to buy another one or just give up making espresso at home.
