This is a great product
It's probably not overrated enough. It's features are great. It makes the best Espresso/Cappuccino I've ever had. Simple to use. Simple to operate once reading the instructions and getting to know the machine.

Overall worth the purchase
Love the machine, especialy the Crema. The only issue we have had is with misfiring. When we select espresso, from time to time, the beans grind, and no espresso. Flavor has also been a bit inconsistant as well.

Great except that cappuccino is not hot enough
Great easy of use. I make a cappuccino or two every morning, but the drink is not as hot as it could be. I have set the machine to the hottest temperature but it is still just luke warm.

Best price / performance buy
Superior coffe experience, great coffe including the specials (latte, capuccino, etc) too bad I could not take it with me on my trips.

fabulous coffee and easy to use
We are amazed by this machine: the quality of materials used, the well-thought out engineering and, of course, the final product - the espresso or latte or whatever type of coffee drink that can be chosen with the push of one button. The machine fits easily on our kitchen counter, large but without looking clumsy as so many espresso makers look. What a joy!
