This product isn't worth the price
Beside having to send it back to the dealer three times before it was fully operational, this machine is like a toy compared to our Seaco Magic Comfort Plus. Both the bean hopper and the water reservoir are too small needing to be refilled too often. The steam wand works well once it finishes spouting a large amount of water (requiring frequent filling the reservoir and slowing the steaming process). The dregs holder also requires frequent emptying, it being almost tiny. Lastly the drip tray is too flimsy. it should operate smoothly when replacing it. Instead you have to juggle it several times to get it to fit properly.

Superb Coffee Machine
This is the second Incanto I have owned. I came back for a second round after the first one just got too old to perk. The new machine is fundamentally the same with just the right changes. So happy the quality of the coffee is actually better than the first one. Highly recommend this unit, we just would not be without one.

Love it, love it, LOVE IT!
So my husband got me this for a Xmas gift, and I have never tasted such great espresso. It's very easy to use, I can't say enough about this machine. I love also how hot the espresso gets, instead of Luke warm, like my Krups did. I very much recommend this machine!!!!

Elegant design and easy to use.
The Saeco Incanto makes excellent expresso, cappuccino and coffee. The clean up is the easiest of any coffee maker I have used.
