Great machine, horrible grinder.
I will start with the fact that this machine makes a great tasting espresso. I usually have lattes and with this machine I make them as good as many fine restaurants. This machine is very easy to use.
The bad part of this machine is the grinder. I have babied this machine and maintained as the manual says. I have used the appropriate beans. This has not stopped the grinder from breaking on me. Twice. I first sent my Odea in around February of this year (3 months after taking it out of the box.). Customer service was very nice and the machine came back working properly about 2 weeks later. The grinder broke again In July of this year. Customer service was again very nice and I sent my Odea back in for repairs. I am hoping this will be the last time because I love everything else about this machine.

I love the push of a button feature. It's so easy
I kind of brag about my machine to friends and coworkers. They are jealous of the ease of my machine. But coworker don't mind too much since I bring a thermos to share with them.

Easy to use and clean!
I received this as a Christmas present and love the ease of the machine! Just remember to read the instructions, and have patients while your perfect cup brews! The first few cups will not be great, so discard them and keep on brewing. I love the design of the machine as it is easy to use as well as easy to clean with the swivel option. Yes this machine as with any machine it a bit noisy, but think of the noise in a coffee bar, it's temporary while your cup brews. I couldn't be happier with my husband's choice in espresso machines!
