Espresso rules!
This machine was a gift for my fiancee and it cranks out an average of 5 coffees a day. So far never gave us any issues. Cleaning is easy and quick.

Durable workhorse, superb coffee
I have had my Vienna for five years now. At one point recently it finally needed a new set of seals, which were easy to find and install.
I cannot say I have babied it, either. If it ever wears out, I will surely miss it and will have to get another !

Fabulous!
I am on my second Vienna Plus. My first one lasted over 8 years before I felt it was time to replace it, although it does still work. This machine is super easy to use and very convenient. I've had more expensive super-automaticas, but I came back to this machine because it makes great espresso/lattes without any hassle.
The only things I would change, would be to make the machine smaller, and to replace some of the plastic with metal.
Still, a great product at a very competitive price!

Strong work horse for any coffee dream.
I have owned several of these units and give them as gifts. My first one is 7 years old and still cranks out ten to twelve shots a day every day. They are reliable, simple to use, and can make any coffee drink you can dream up quickly and tastily. It's a great value for a versatile but no nonsense machine.

Works well, makes excellent coffee, get extended warranty.
The Vienna Plus makes excellent espresso and coffee. It also has a frothing and steaming wand which is convenient simply to get hot water for tea or even warming up baby formula. It is a bit loud when grinding and squeals while dispensing, but that's a small matter for the excellent fresh coffee it produces.
Just as my previous Saeco espresso machine (the Italia model) the machine broke down just after the one-year warranty period ran out. Graciously, Saeco allowed me to return the machine (my expense) for repair and it's working fine since.
