Good compromise for "sensitive" lighting needs.
As an Energy Auditor, I'm always looking for good product options for my clients. This is one that does exactly what it was designed to do. I've installed them in the light bar of my dimmable bath vanity fixture. This was the last lighting frontier in my house and these bulbs fit the bill perfectly. Reduced from 240 watts to 172, delivering noticeably more lumens and nice color rendering.
The only reason that I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that LEDs are still so much more efficient. The Endura is my favorite bulb and the standard to beat. Incandescent light is still a heater that gives off light. But the EcoVantage is a good compromise when other options are not an option.
