Broke after 2 months
This product is a very poor quality. It broke after 2 months, it simply won't start. I had another Philips epilator before, and that one worked for 5 years with no issues. The full charge lasts for about 1h 10 mins which is not always enough to do everything you need. You can't use the device while it is charging. It does not take out very fine hair (the old one did#. It also breaks a lot of hair instead of taking out, so the hair grows back very quickly #3-4 days). Precision comb and eyebrow comb attachments are useless.

Compared to my Remington bikini trimmer this one is much better!
Really have only used the short trimmer, but it works great! And haven't had any of the issues I have had with other ones purchased.
