Great but...
This device has a great sound quality however there is a lack of noise isolation what makes the device almost non-usable on med-high noise levels.

Not durable
I liked these earphones... Until after less than 6 months the right side went out. I expected more from a Philips product. Will replace with something from a different manufacturer.

Comfortable, sounds great, but not super-durable
I've been using these headphones for years now. They're so comfortable that I've actually fallen asleep in bed wearing them, woken up, and couldn't figure out where the music was coming from because I'd forgotten that I was wearing them.
I'm no audiophile, but I have used headphones that make me wince before - and these definitely don't. They please my ear as well as any sound system I've used.
I say that I've been using them for a couple of years. I've had to buy three or so pairs over that time - after several months the cable has become damaged, which happens to just about any wired product and may easily be due to my own carelessness. Most recently, I dropped them on a hard surface, after having had this same pair for about a year, and the left earpiece came apart. It looks like it could be fixed easily and seamlessly with glue, but that's where I'm at right now. ^.^

Great for Workouts!
I have purchased numerous headphones from a variety of brands and none compare to these. I lift weights, run inside and outside, and I have a hard time keeping ear buds and ear hooks on my ears comfortably. The earclips, stay on perfectly and I have never had an issue or had to adjust them and the sound is great! Running in half marathons they help keep me going..I just have a hard time finding them in stores. I will continue to buy these headphones as long as they are around!

Love em
I am a runner, and I've tried several different types of head phones. Many of the ones out there actually hurt my ears. But these are awesome. They're comfortable and secure, and of course they sound fine. I have an old pair of these I'm gonna have to toss because the right side no longer stays securely clipped on - this is after oh... three or four years of use during running, at least bi-weekly. And I'm going to buy my second pair right now - I'm so glad they still make them. :)

Good sound quality, but not durable enough
I'd recommend these to people who are fed up with 'No-Bass' Apple earphones.
I bought them for approx $20 (in other currency actually). These worked woderfully and I was pretty much satisfied with the sound. Everyone who heard these said good things about them.
Sound : Bass is good as promised. Far better than the apple ones, but i think, my sony ericsson mobile phone earphones had better bass,
Comfort : I'd say 'Not bad'. You cant sleep on your sides wearing these. Other than that, i guess its pretty good. ear may get a little uncomfortable if you wear them for long hours, but the clip is adjustable, so hopefully you'll find right setting for your ears.
Also, they're bulky. So I wont recommend them for running or working out.
The bad thing is that they lasted about 6 months. Just one fine day, the left one stops working. It chose pretty good time to screw up as I was about to move and I'd need it more than ever. I have hated these ever since.
But good quality nevertheless. Me and my friends have loved it for since I got them. If you're looking for an upgrade from apple ones, go get these.
