Nice Razor
Very nice electric razor. I have went between manual and electric razors forever and this is one of the best electric ones I have ever had. It does a good job on my stubborn stubble. It even does a great job when I let my beard grow for a few weeks. It comes with a few very nice attachments/tools that make it a fantastic purchase that will last for a very long time.
It would be nice if the base was weighted so it would not want to fall over so easily. The suction cups don't work well. the power cord that attaches to the base could be more functional if it was a 90 degree angle on the plug so it could be snugged into a corner more easily.

Not as good a design as my previous model which was one of the nivea dispensing kind.
I have had at least 7 of your electric razors over the last 15 or so years and have always preferred them over the others, and they have been constantly improved. What has disappointed me with your latest is the following regressions in my opinion. The whole razor and the head in particular is much bigger and therefore not as easy to get into places the other one could, it is much more finicky to reassemble after cleaning or an accidental drop. It also is harder (impossible) to clean under the tap, and in a related consequence holds a lot of water after rinsing requiring much shaking which can dislodge the head into the sink, and or you get a lot of water running down your arm and face. The plastic is too slick and the enclosed on/off switch is awkward to find and use. Finally the charger seems overly wrought I liked the ones you had with a cup type base that also allowed you to just use the cord directly into the razor. In it's favor it is a little kinder on the skin and still probably better than the competition. I still have the older one and continue to use it as much or more than this new one, but don't despair I will remain a customer. Sometimes you get it right and change isn't always better.

Great for acne prone skin
I have used this shaver for approx 2 months and it has really helped my mild acne on my face. Traditional razors just caused irration and scrapped at existing acne--making it hard to go away and causing discoloration/ scarring. This shaver works will using shaving cream (never tried it dry) and I would highly recommend due to the decrease in irration. My only complaint (and this is very minimal) is that this shaver tends to irratate my neck because you need to push down hard to get a close shave on the curvey areas of the neck. For my neck, I still use a traditional razor. Overall, exceptional product and you can find them at Walmart/ Target for less than the msrp.

Effective and efficient shaving is achieved.
Given I have an extremely sensitive skin, it leaves me with very limited options when it comes to shaving. Fortunately, this product provides me with the best shave possible with least amount of burning sensation afterwards. I am most definitely happy with this product and I happily look forward to many many shaves I'm going to have. The design is great, the razors are super sharp and the shaver performs over my expectation. Philips has done an outstanding job on this product.

This shaver does not begin to compare to my old Norelco 6735X
This prodect is quiet. It feels great on my face. The only problem is that I cannot get a close shave with it. My old Advantage 6735X always left a great, smooth shave. With this shaver I can alwas feel stubble when I am finished. Even though it is on its last legs, I feel I will have to get my old one repaired. I wish I had sent it back withing the time limit. I am sorry, I cannot recommend this to a friend.

Great razor
I had an older Norelco for 7ish years and finally bought a new one and it is so much nicer than the old one. A much closer and faster shave.
