the player is pretty good, but the songbird software has a few bugs in it. there will be time it works ok and other times it just keeps crashing.

easy to use
Basic product with very good sound quality. Working with Audible is very important to me. We had a lot of trouble getting it to work with Audible but eventually got it fixed. The problem was with Philips programing.

mine wiped out
i own one and when i put music on it from songbird the screen went blank and hasnt shown stuff since.
