Its really good product
I honestly did not want to go the traditional route and get a over priced Ipod, or Zune. Each of my siblings have one so I have played around with each. Go Gear muse is the first portable player I have ever owned( beside the walkman my parents gave me and i never used, so my brother got it.). I like it a lot better than the others. It has twice froze, but my friends were messing around with it when it did- I found out you have to hit the reset button to unfreeze it. My friends call it my "German pager"- inside joke. They like it to they think it is interesting. I wish I could change the color of details to turquoise or yellow, instead of orange. It takes me awhile to scroll from top to bottom to get through all the artist I have on there- alot.

Great looking player.
I am big fan of Philips!
This is my third GoGear. This GoGear is cool in design, full marks to Philips Design Team.
The screen is very good, videos and photos are looking very sharp.
I really like sound from this player. Bass effect is very good.
I really like Music menu, very innovative.
Radio reception is very good, very fast too.
This GoGear has one serious problem in HD video playback, we can not play 720p/ .MP4 video with "Surround for Movies" feature on, if we try to play .MP4 HD file in Surround for movies and try to increase volume then player stop working.
Only .avi/ Divx file is working okay, some time that too not working!
Standard definition files are working okay, but in "Surround for Movies" mode if we increase volume then it will stop.
This player dose not come with any video converter software.
User guide do not guide how to operate this player, Sound bird software I downloaded from Philips website but there is no guide that you need to download from website.
This player hand frequently, each time I need to reset it, very annoying!
I could be also error prone.
But I am big Fan of Philips and I love all Philips products.

Amazing MP4 Player
Definitely one of the best MP3-MP4 Players I have ever owned. If you had to choose between this and an iPod Nano, get this. You'll save yourself some money while getting a better product. Highly recommended
