Picture not bright at all!
Very slim. Excellent design but horrible picture!
VERY VERY dark picture!
Even turning up and max the brightness picture still very dark for an LED tv.
Returning due to very poor brightness!
Purchased for kids playroom.
Plugged in various game systems, ALL very dark! Even the kids complained!
What's worse is Walmart did NOT have a display to test out!

Great TV- But Wireless Feature Unable to connect
Before buying this TV be sure your wireless router is within 20 feet of the TV- with only 1 wall in between I tried numerous times to connect and while Customer Service was helpful they told me about this distance issue. While I had 4 bars on my connection it would not download the software or bring up netflix etc. I finally had to return the TV even though I loved the picture etc. Would not recommend unless you can connect wired- or modem in same room. I was able to buy another TV and a DVD player with the wireless capability and had it connected in minutes. Would have been great it could have connected- that is why I bought this TV.

Excellent Value
Excellent picture and sound quality.
Love the smart tv features but wish Crackle was available on NetTV also.
Need to fix the on-screen sound problem while using NetTV. There's no way of knowing how high or low the volume is (does NOT show on screen).
Hopefully this will be fixed with the next firmware update.

Why no Amazon?
The TV is great, but why am I not able to add additional streaming services? Vudu, Netflix and HuluPlus are included, but I'm told by support that I can't add any others. That is idiotic, my friends.

Best Smart Tv
I have two other smart Tv's and this one is better then my other ones because it has all the app's you need and will use I'm very happy with the price as a matter of fact I think it should be priced higher I would easily pay one hundred dollars more and still be happy with this tv. The only down side is that it's not 1080p , but I'm ok with that.

Nice!!
I just bought this TV last night and it was so easy to set up and the picture quality is awesome. It connects to Microsoft windows media center also for easy sharing of stored media on the PC. You can't beat the quality of this TV in this price range.

Fix the Startup Guide & User Manual Would be 5 stars
Short stubby USB stick in with remote. No where was it explained what to do with it. Had to call support right out of the box!
Then tried to use the extra features (Net TV) but could not get connected to internet. Again call to support found out first that TV should be within 30' of the router or the connection would be too weak. 1st recommendation was to move TV to another room or to buy a Powerline Internet AV Kit I(Ethernet plug in by TV and one by the router, so that I could get better internet connection. Additional $44 to get internet connection!
Box should have notification TV has to be within 30' or additional purchase is necessary to use all functions

This is the best LCD TV of all time!
The best LCD TV I have seen to date. Superior picture, features and great Quality sound. We looked all over and compared with other Manufactures, this is the best.
