poor picture quality
bought this model to replace a DYNEX and was extremely disappointed with the picture quality. Expected more from a Philips. Had to return it for a refund.

Features not as advertise don box
Great TV except that MediaConnect does not work with MACs, as advertised on the box. The software downloads and installs, but does not stream PC content to the TV. Philips service, which spent a significant amount of time with me, confirmed that the streaming with MACs is not working for the newest MACs and software, and that they are "updating the software so that it will work". This was the primary reason I bought this TV.

nice Performance and great picture
I bought this to use primarily as a computer monitor for my Mac. Really easy set-up and great picture. Will also use it as spare TV as I have it in an office.

Great picture and easy to use remote
Bought for Grand kids room and works great. The 2 HDMI inputs works for DVD and wireless TV unit. Easy to navigate between functions

Excellent product except for one problem
I returned this TV the second day although I liked it very much.
The problem was that after starting it I noticed a pixel problem or defect at the right and left margin of the screen, I took it back to the store where I purchased it in an attempt to exchange it with another piece of the same TV. To my surprise, the display TV in the store had the same exact problem as mine which made me refrain from exchanging it and I just returned it.
I went to a different store, where I found the same TV but with some more features like WiFi, I decided to try it as I really liked the look and brand and it looked exactly like the one I just returned.
The new one (its model ends in 4907 instead of 4507) has no problem at all (I haven't tried its WiFi yet) and I'm happy with it and recommend it.

Great television
This TV is on top of our refrigerator in our kitchen. It has a perfect, sharp picture from any angle. We love this TV. Very lightweight and easy to operate remote control. I highly recommend this TV

Surprised at Quality!
I started to get a much more expensive t.v. because I had had a bad experience with a lesser expensive one. However, the store clerk at Walmart explained to me that she had this t.v. at her home and was quite satisfied with it and encouraged me to at least try it with the clear understanding that if I didn't, I would have no trouble returning it.
It is an EXCELLENT t.v., and I would highly recommend it. It is clear, sound is great, and the controls are very easy to use.

It needs speakers that provide sound out of the front of the TV.
Great clear picture, but the sound is poor due to the fact the speakers are in the rear of the TV and should be open to produce sound out the front. One must raise the sound levels with the remote to very high levels to hear the sound.
