Training & Education

Training and education play a crucial part in performing successful NIV. Increasing experience will lead to higher success rates.

Knowledge and training are two important factors when initiating a NIV program.¹

As with other therapies there is a learning curve when using NIV. Increasing experience will lead to a rising confidence level amongst users, which again will result in higher success rates despite more challenging patient cases.²

When it comes to training and education, it is recommended to carry out a one-on-one and hands-on performance to the extent possible.³

Educational workshops have proven to be an impactful method in facilitating this kind of training.
