Prior to joining Philips, Sharon Rossi had been employed by Unilever since 1997 where she had held various Customer Development executive roles. Most recently, she was the Vice President of Customer Development Operations. Before joining Unilever, Sharon was with Helene Curtis.
With over 20 years of CPG experience, Rossi brings an outstanding track record of delivering growth, developing strategic customer and supplier partnerships, bringing innovation to life with the consumer, developing high performing teams, and building world-class cross-functional capabilities. Sharon holds an MA from the University of Illinois and a BA from the University of Massachusetts.
Sharon currently serves on the Board of Directors for Healthy Lifestyle Choices, which is a non-profit organization that empowers children with the knowledge and skills to make healthier choices - - including to balance a healthy diet with physical activity, to resolve conflict peacefully, to think and act safely, and to avoid harmful substances (www.hlconline.org). Additionally, Sharon was a past member of the Board of Directors for the American Heart Association, Fairfield County CT Chapter. She was recently recognized as a 2012 executive Woman Worth Watching by Diversity Magazine, and was honored by the Griffin Report as a 2011 Woman of Influence.
