Rated 1 out of 5 by from Better off buying something else! Total waste of money! This product is total junk. It keeps on freezing and when in night mode it keeps on blacking out. Takes forever to reload, if not it crashes. Uninstalled and reinstalled probably 30x now, I'm giving up on this junk. It got to the point where we thought it was our internet, but we went and got one of the best wireless router and have high speed internet, so that was not the case. It's just the camera does not work. I really don't recommend this product for anyone.

I had an IT Guy look at it from work - he told me it was over heating then shutting down. I got a replacement and that camera worked for 2months. This is my 3rd camera, After this I'm going to get my money back.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Camera works well but app never works Purchased this camera at apple store. I wanted an ibaby but was convinced to buy this one. It was easy to set up and camera seemed to work well but app never works. Constantly freezes or shuts off completely. Takes forever for updates. Totally unreliable and a waste of money, had to buy something else.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible Software, okay camera The software is useless! Times out all the time, constantly freezing, way too many bugs with very little support. I've called both philips and yoics(software company) with very little help and promises of a software update that will fix it. Philips says it's the software companys problem which is true but you can't use the camera without the software so it's useless. Absolute waste of money!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I would give this ZERO stars if the option was available ! Though easy to install, it's shocking that Philips could come up with such a terrible product! It takes forever to pick up the video stream and once you do manage to connect( probably 5 minutes later), often it simply does not refresh even though the app claims to be streaming live video. Please do not waste your money on this !

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Simply Does Not Work Bought 5/19/2013. Set up at home and still yet to receive a constant picture. It streams for about 2 seconds and "loads" for over 35 minutes and times out. I have super fast fiber optic wifi, still no luck. I ignored other bad reviews hoping they had slow wifi and that was the problem. I will return tomorrow. Why would you not make sure a product works before releasing? Disappointing all around. Great idea if it works.

They do not care what products they sell much less show any concern for a reliable product to help you stay in constant contact with your baby.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from great features that DON'T work Data stream can be very delayed or locked but even more worrying is that it gives a time that indicates it is live/functioning when it isn't necessarily live (i checked by moving the camera to a different room and was still showing the old room)
