Rated 5 out of 5 by from this product is great I love the earbuds. The onlt thing that I don't like is that if I have the weight behind my head the earbuds pull to one side

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Fine for the price I got these on sale and fit exactly what i was looking for. The issue I'm writing about is the "box" that holds each side together weighs a lot and is constantly pulling the buds out of my ears. I use them for the gym and the weight of the "box" bouncing when I run, rips them out. A simple clip would resolve the issue, but it's annoying.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor design The concept of the headphone was good, but there are quite a few flaws. 1. The ear buds are to hard and hurt you ears. 2. You can't switch songs with out stopping what your doing. 3. It took me turning off my phone and tablet for them to even be found.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Battery does not charge In three months the battery life went from 2 hours to 2 seconds. They sound great, but I can now only use them while connected to the outlet.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad design The in-ear buds are small, smooth and made with some glossy plastic, if you turn your head slightly while wearing them they will come out.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Waste of money I just purchased these headphones as an early birthday gift to myself and I was instantly dissatisfied. They paired fairly easily but the longevity of the product was NOT 4.5 hrs as the package claimed. I charged the set to full capacity before I used them but it still went out fairly quickly and I had to pair them again to my phone; too much trouble if this happens every time the headset dies. I will be returning them this weekend. Besides the longevity, the sound quality was perfect.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not made for the long haul The sound on these things can be great. The problem is that they're so cheaply made that almost any movement will jar a wire loose. Consider yourself lucky if you have one side working. I ordered two of these from eBay. They were listed as brand new. When I got them, one was full of ear wax - obviously not new. The seller shipped another set out. So, in all, I've had three of these. All three have the same problem. After about a week of use, the right ear bud goes silent. The third and last set is a bit different. The right ear bud didn't go silent. Instead, it is about 10% of the volume of the left side. It has been like this for a few weeks and has now developed a new problem. It unpairs itself after every power off. I can pair again just fine. But why does it unpair every single time? The sound is great like I said. The product itself is absolute junk. You're throwing your money away if you buy this. Keep your money to yourself; Philips didn't earn it with this product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I spend more time trying to keep in ears than listening to music! Not easiest thing on earth to connect. Falling off ears is a major issue... might manage to keep them on if suffering of a stiff neck!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worked for two weeks then stopped The headphones were easy enough to set up. Sound was fine. Issues: Headphones didn't stay in my ear as well as I'd hope during exercise. It was easy to pair it to one device. But it was hard to switch it to another device. Seems to be only able to be paired with one device. Biggest problem was that it quit working after about two weeks. It seemed like a headphone wire opened up. There was some crackling then nothing.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't Pair I bought these for my fiance' and he loved them for the whole week he got to use them. At first they paired every easily, and were working wonderfully. Then they died while he was using them so he took them home and got them charged, now they won't re pair at all. We've tried the whole "Restart" them thing. We've even troubleshooted both of our phones to see if that was the issue. But they just don't show up on Bluetooth at all. Really a bummer as he really liked them. I'll be taking them back to Target for a refund.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from will not pair with my iphone I can see the device on my phone, I held the button until it flashed and let it flash for a full minute before I selected Connect on my phone. It spins and spins then says it is not connected. I have done this over and over again and it still will not connect. Way too expensive for a device that apparently will not work at all.
