I can't upload my measurement

If you aren't seeing your data in the General Health app some common things to check include:

  • Is the Bluetooth feature in your smartphone turned on?
  • Is your device paired with the app?
  • Does the battery in the device have power?
  • Are your smartphone and device in Bluetooth range (5m or 16feet)?
  • Is the app activated on your mobile device? Press the app icon on your mobile device to activate the General Health app. If you did not have the app open when you last weighed yourself, then you need to activate the scale by gently tapping the surface of the scale to upload your recent measurements.
  • Are you standing on the scale barefoot? If you are wearing footwear the scale will only perform a weight measurement and display the weight on the scale. The measurement will not be stored on the device or be uploaded to the app.
  • Was the measurement performed with the correct user profile selected on your device? If measurements are done in a different profile they can't be uploaded to your app.
  • The Philips body analysis scale can be used with eight profiles. If you pair a ninth profile to the scale it will have to overwrite one of the existing profiles. If you have nine people using the scale with the health app it will mean that one of the previous users will not be able to sync or upload data.
  • If you've checked all these things and still have trouble uploading your measurements, please contact our Philips Consumer Care.
