Check if Bluetooth is on, the General Health app is on, and make sure the scale and your mobile or portable device are not more than 5 meters or 16 feet away from each other. Make sure you are standing on the scale barefoot. If you are wearing footwear the scale will only perform a weight measurement and display the weight on the scale. The measurement will not be stored on the device or be uploaded to the app.
