Error on device

If you receive an error on your device, please check if:

 

  • Bluetooth is activated on your smart phone. Make sure the flight mode is not activated.
  • Your device is within syncing range (within 5 meters or 16 feet).
  • Your device is properly paired.
  • Your battery is fully charged.
