Problems syncing data

If you have issues syncing please:

 

  • Check if Bluetooth is activated on your smartphone and make sure flight mode or sleep mode is not activated on the health watch.
  • Hold the device close to your mobile phone and try again.
  • Your device is properly paired.
  • Make sure the battery of the device is charged.
