What is a normal blood pressure?

According to WHO standards, normal blood pressure is categorized in the range of 120-129/80-84 mmHg (systolic/diastolic). Optimal blood pressure is categorized as under 120/80 mmHg, for systolic and diastolic pressures, respectively. Below 100/60 mmHg is considered to be low.
