The pairing of the Philips scale and Jovia health app has failed. Check if Bluetooth and the Jovia health app are on and make sure the Philips Body analysis scale and your mobile device are no more than 16 feet away.

You can also try to switch Bluetooth off and on on your phone to initiate a new connection.
