The scale is equipped with user profile recognition and automatically selects the user based on weight when connected to the Jovia health app.

• When the Philips body analysis scale is connected to the app of a user, it will automatically select that user.
• When the device immediately displays the weight: no user has been recognized and the results have not been stored.
• When the device shows multiple users: more than one user has been recognized based on your weight. To select the correct user profile, step off the scale. Profiles will be shown alternately; tap on it to confirm the user profile.
  
  

Make sure that you select the correct user. Your measurement data will only be transmitted to your Jovia health app when the correct user has been selected.
