I am having trouble navigating my Philips health band

The Philips health band is designed for you to navigate your data efficiently. Here’s a few essential functions to help you get familiar with it.


Activating the display

Your health band is activated by gesture or touch. Simply raise your wrist, or double tap below the band's display.


Navigating the menu
Use a single tap to move through the menu: time, heart rate, steps, active calories, active minutes, sleep. Keep in mind that you can only go forward to the next screen and not backwards. When you reach the last menu screen, tap once to return to the first menu screen.


Sleep mode

To turn on sleep mode, tap the screen to cycle through the menu as described above. When you reach the sleep screen, double tap the sleep icon in the menu.
You can turn sleep mode on just before you go to sleep ie, when you turn off the lights.


Don't forget to switch it off again when you get up.
