The app that works with your Philips health band is called Philips HealthSuite health app. You can download it from Apple's App store and from Google Play for Android.

When searching for the app make sure that you are writing the name 'HealthSuite' correctly and that there is enough space on your phone for the app to download.

If you installed the app for another Philips health device in the past, go to the app settings and add the health band as a new device.
