If your Philips health band gives an inactivity reminder in the morning, this is because sleep mode was not activated.  The health band will however not give any alerts during the time that sleep mode is activated. If you do not want to be disturbed in the morning by reminders, make sure that you activate sleep mode before you go to sleep.
