    Soup Maker


    • 15-ounce can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
    • 1 cup diced tomatoes (from a can)
    • 3 cups chicken or vegetable broth
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1/4 cup onion, diced
    • 1/4 cup carrot, diced
    • 1/4 cup celery, diced
    • 1 bay leaf
    • 1 tbsp lemon juice
    • 1 tsp freshly chopped rosemary
    • 1 tsp freshly chopped thyme
    • Salt and pepper, to taste


    • Place all ingredients in the Philips Soup Maker. Select the ‘Chunky Soup’ option. Let the soup cook away! When done, serve and enjoy! (you can top with grated parmesan if you please!)
