You can cancel your Sonicare Subscription at any time. Simply log into your account and click the “Cancel my subscription” button. If you are cancelling before 90 days, you’ll receive instructions to return your product free of charge. Cancellations before 90 days can only be processed once Sonicare receives the toothbrush. Monthly payment will continue until receipt.
If cancelling after 90 days, your credit card will be charged the remaining subscription amount, and the toothbrush is yours to keep.
