If the display stays empty when the Philips body analysis scale is switched on there are no batteries in the device, or all batteries are empy. Follow the battery instructions below:
Replace all four batteries at the same time with new ones. Use 1.5V R6 AAA alkaline batteries (see 'Inserting/removing the batteries').
The display stays empty when the scale is switched on.
