If you are having trouble uploading your Philips ear thermometer measurements to your Philips HealthSuite health app, please make sure you paired your Philips ear thermometer with your app. See preparing for use chapter in the user manual for help with this.
The Bluetooth connection of your mobile device might have been lost.
- Make sure the Bluetooth connection on your mobile device is switched on.
The thermometer was switched off before the data was transmitted.
- Open the app and switch on the thermometer. The measurement results will be automatically transmitted to your mobile device.
