Sometimes the Bluetooth module in the machine becomes non-discoverable. This can be fixed by switching off-on the machine with at least a 15 seconds pause in between and try again to establish a connection.
- Close the app
- Turn OFF the machine
- Wait at least 15 seconds and turn the machine back ON
- Wait until the machine is ready for use and the Saeco Logo is visible
- Re-open the app and try to establish a connection
If this does not work either, remove the app from your tablet and then reinstall it.
When you have reinstalled the app, please try to make a connection again.
