How can I keep track of calories burned during other activities than running, walking or cycling?

    Published on 2017-05-18

The Philips health watch can recognize walking, running, and cycling activities. For other activities you can manually indicate on the watch that you are going to start an activity. You can choose the activity that is most alike to what you are doing. Running is most often used in this case.

If you want to start your activity manually, you can tap the 'play icon' on the walking, running or cycling screens in activity mode. You can stop or pause the activity when desired. During your activity you can see information about the activity: the activity duration, your current heart rate, heart rate zone, amount of calories burned, and steps (in case of walking or running).
