My Philips Sonicare app shows the error message "Calibration failed"
If your Philips Sonicare FlexCare Connected does not calibrate in the Philips Sonicare App, please consider the following option to resolve this issue.

You might encounter an error when connecting to your toothbrush to the sonicare app that says the below:
Calibration failed. Make sure your handle is on a flat surface and its lights are illuminated
1) Place the toothbrush handle on the charger 2) While on charger, Hold down the “Intensity Down” button 3) While holding down the “Intensity Down” button and on the charger, press the power button 3 times 4) The handle will respond with 2 beeps
