No or intermittent sound from my earphones/headphones

  • Ensure the plug of the earphones is fully inserted into the earphones/headphones jack
  • Try a difference set of earphones/headphones. If the problem disappears then your Philips earphones may be defective. Please contact our Customer Care Center for assistance
