Cannot select High in the REC MODE for dubbing on my Philips DVDR

    Published on 2017-02-28
    1. High speed dubbing is only available when dubbing from HDD to DVD.

    2. The size of the recording has exceeded the amount of disc space available for recording.

    a. If you are attempting to dub more than one program, remove one or more titles in order to reduce amount of disc space needed.

    b. If you are attempting to dub only one program try one of the following:

    I. Using the “Edit” menu delete chapter markers to help reduce size, or divide title into two files.
II. If possible re-record the file using a different mode. While video quality is lower recording in SLP mode will allow close to three hours of material to be placed on a disc.

The information on this page applies to the following models: DVDR3576H/37 , DVDR3575H/37 .
