    There is a problem with disk "untitled" message on my Philips player

    This message shows up whenever your PSA player was hooked up before turning on the Mac. Simply unplug and reconnect the PSA player to troubleshoot. Make sure that the Mac is booted up before hooking up with your PSA player.
